What does Laser cost?

Laser incurs a Government levy (stamp duty) of €2.50 (plus another €2.50 for the ATM function on the card) per annum which is collected by the card issuing banks on behalf of Government.

Transaction fees differ according to each card issuer and are usually based on the terms and conditions of the individual package provided by the bank in question to their cardholder . Cardholders should contact their card issuer for details on the costs of using Laser.
